Flu Shots Are Here!

We are happy to report that the influenza vaccine (flu shot) for 2020-2021 is now available in our offices at Children’s Medical Association. We believe that the flu shot is essential to protect our patients and families from influenza, and reduce the need for flu-related doctor visits, emergency room visits, and hospitalizations, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. We want you home, safe and healthy! We recommend influenza vaccination for ALL infants and children starting at age 6 months: flu shots are especially important to protect those with underlying conditions like asthma, congenital heart disease, cerebral palsy, seizures, etc.

We are offering nurse visit appointments Monday-Saturday for the flu shot in our CMA offices in Coral Springs, Tamarac and Plantation, along with dedicated flu shot clinics on Wednesdays in all offices, and Sunday mornings 8am to noon in Tamarac. As a parent of one of our patients, you can receive a flu shot along with your child for $35. Please call our office or text us at 954-722-0300 to schedule your flu shot soon!
